|---|---|
| Costs | A full accounting sheet will be made available. Costs are estimated at $70/month based on a September-March season for full-time roster members. This includes practice and game ice, referees, league fees and Ruicci Cup entry. |
| Sub Costs | Subs will pay on a game-by-game and/or practice-by-practice basis of $10 per skate. |
| Payment Schedule | The first payment will consist of the first and last months combined, and is due the first week of practice. Thereafter, each monthly payment is due by the first scheduled game or practice of the month, October through February. You may always pay for more than one month at a time, and full season payment would be welcomed and appreciated! |
| No Pay, No Play | You may not be in arrears and must make monthly payments on time, or risk being excluded from games and practices until payment is made. Interpretation of this rule will be left to the discretion of the Manager and any extenuating circumstances. |
| Extenuating Circumstances | If a player has a temporary financial issue, please bring it privately to the Manager or Coaching Staff. Every attempt will be made to make arrangements because we want everyone to play! |
| Jerseys | If you would like to purchase your own set of jerseys, the cost will be approximately $70 per jersey. This includes the jersey itself, the silk-screened logo, twill numbers and heat-pressed lettering. In the event you do not wish to purchase your own jerseys, the team will issue a set to fully rostered players for a $35 partially refundable deposit. Subs are exempt from this rule as they will use team-owned jerseys on a game-by-game basis. |
| Practice and Game Attendance | It is understood that circumstances may not permit attendance at all practices or games; however, notification must be given to the Coaching Staff in advance (emergencies notwithstanding). Failure to attend practices or games without notice may result in being excluded from the active line-up for a given game or games at the discretion of the Coaches and Manager. |
| Beverages | Perhaps the most important policy revolves around providing beer in the locker room for after the game. If you are interested, please put your name on the sign-up sheet and a beer-rotation schedule will be made. If you are not on the sign-up sheet, don't expect anyone to share with you! :-) |
